1 Liwonde 25th. Last time I just got a brief flight view of this local and decreasing species so it was good to get excellent close views of one this time, even if failing light meant I had to use a graiy ISO setting.

White-breasted Cormorant Phalacrocorax (carbo) lucidus [100+]
Large numbers (100+?) breeding at Liwonde 25th-27th.
White-breasted Cormorant is often treated as a race of Great Cormorant, the common Cormorant of much of Europe, Asia and the Atlantic coast of North America.

Long-tailed Cormorant (Reed Cormorant) Phalacrocorax africanus [40]
Small numbers at several sites:
3 Lake Chilwa 15th, 6 Cape Maclear and 10 Otter Point 18th, 15 Mongochi 19th and 6 Liwonde 26th-27th.
