2 Snake Road 25th April. Both were perched close to the road, one conveniently adjacent to a place where it was possible to pull over safely.

Monk Parakeet Myiopsitta monachus (3)

3 over Wakodahatchee 27th. Too brief a view to identify at the time (although Monk was suspected) but the distinctive call allowed a retrospective ID when compared to recordings.

Yellow-chevroned Parakeet Brotogeris chiriri (-)

What sounded like a small flock of parakeets heard flying over Mattheson Hammock State Park matched recordings of this species. Unfortunately I was beneath trees at the time and couldn't see them.

Mitred Parakeet Aratinga mitrata (8)

At least 8 Kendall 27th including 2 entering and then peering out of a hole in the underside of the eves of a shop. Apparently not considered countable yet, but surely that won't remain so for long?
