Long-billed Dowitchers, Marina del Rey, Los Angeles (California, USA), 18th April 2005 - I have a slight doubt about the bird bottom left in view of the spot-shaped markings on the breast sides, however some other features suggest Long-billed not Short-billed. No Short-billed Dowitchers were identified in the field at this location and none were heard when the birds were calling.
