Cape Teal Anas capensis
This African species is perhaps an unlikely vagrant to Europe, although it has apparently reached the Western Palaearctic in Libya. However escaped birds are occasionally encountered anywhere. The photos shown here are of birds that haven't escaped - they're still in captivity.
